I tailor my approach for each project but it typically involves the following stages:

  1. Diagnosis: Define the opportunity by analyzing the brand’s internal and external context, including the product/service, company, customers, competitors and culture.

  2. Strategy: Create a clear and compelling strategy to unlock growth, including goal setting, measurement, segmentation, target audience definition, positioning, product development and go-to-market.

  3. Execution: Align the team, budget and timing behind an actionable plan that delivers on the strategy and drives measurable results.

  • • Led the global consumer marketing organization for Meta's hardware brands (Oculus and Portal). Built and led a 30+ person, multidisciplinary team: product marketing, brand marketing, media planning and buying, social and influencer marketing, web marketing, and CRM.

    • Led marketing communications for the launch of Quest, the world’s leading VR brand, in the US, Europe and Japan.

    • Co-invented and launched Portal video calling devices, Meta’s first homegrown hardware, in the US and Europe.

  • • Led marketing communications strategy for the launch of iPhone 6 & iPhone 6 Plus; the highest selling smartphones in history (224m units sold).

    • Co-created and led communications strategy for "Today at Apple”; a global community and events brand in Apple flagship stores and online. The program won a Grand Prix for Brand Experience and a Titanium Lion at the Cannes International Festival of Creativity, 2018.

    • Developed Apple’s omni-channel retail strategy, encompassing physical store redesign and digital platforms.

  • Led European advertising strategy for Google Chrome’s award-winning “Web Is What You Make Of It” campaign, propelling Chrome to become the number 1 browser in Europe.

  • • Led marketing for the UK's fastest-growing investing app: brand, product, performance, PR & editorial, community and partnerships.

    • Executed the brand’s first integrated marketing campaign, increasing awareness by 22% and driving the most sign-ups in the company's history.
